Q: How long does one bottle of Elderberry last?
A: Our Elderberry has a 3 month shelf life if kept refrigerated. Once opened, the bottle should be consumed in approximately 30 days to maintain freshness and quality.
Q: How much Elderberry should I take?
A: One person should take 1 tablespoon per day or up to 3 tablespoons day as necessary. At 1 tablespoon per day, a 16oz. bottle will last one person one month.
Q: What is Elderberry Syrup?
A: Elderberry Syrup is a home remedy solution that has been taken by generations of people for thousands of years. The bioflavonoids in elderberries will attack virus cells within you that create the cold and flu. Elderberry has been shown to reduce the duration and severity of a cold or flu*,**.

Q: Can I give my newborn (< 1 year old) Elderberry Syrup?
A: To prevent botulism, children under the age of 1 should NOT have our Original or Spring Blend Elderberry syrup due to the honey content in each bottle. However, children under the age of 1 CAN take the Blue Agave Blend of our Elderberry syrup!
Q: How Do You Ship Your Orders?
A: All orders are shipped vis USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking information by email within 48 hours of placing your order.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: We ship Monday through Thursday only to avoid packages sitting in transit due to logistical weekend operations. Depending on your shipping address, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days of shipping.
Q: How Do You Ship Your Elderberry?
A: All Elderberry is shipped cold with a gel pack to help maintain coolness in transit. Upon arrival, refrigerate elderberry immediately to ensure quality and freshness. Elderberry should not be left in the sun or out of refrigeration too long to prevent spoilage as it contains no preservatives.
